How to return a work

1. Email info@nataliestreit.art within 14 days of delivery, saying you wish to withdraw from the purchase. Please include your name, the title of the work and the date you received it. You may also use the form at the bottom of this page, but you don't have to.
2. You pay the cost of return shipping. Large paintings usually cannot go by regular post and need a courier. As a guide, returning a medium-sized painting (around 60 × 80 cm) costs about 250–500 Kč within the Czech Republic and €40–100 within the EU, plus insurance. I recommend insured, tracked shipping: the work stays your responsibility until it reaches me.
3. Please send the work back within 14 days of your email, packed as carefully as it arrived, ideally in the original packaging.

Your refund

I will refund the full price of the work and the original delivery cost to you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. I may wait to send the refund until the work has arrived back with me. The refund goes back through the same payment method you used. The return shipping cost is not refunded.

If you chose a more expensive delivery option than the standard one, only the cost of standard delivery is refunded.

Condition of the work

Please handle the work only as you would in a shop, to see it and decide. If it comes back damaged by mishandling or poor packing, I may deduct the loss in value from the refund.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to commissioned works made to your personal specifications.

Faulty or damaged on arrival

This is separate from the 14-day right above. If a work arrives damaged or not as described, contact me within 24 months and I will arrange a repair, replacement or refund under consumer law. Please photograph any transport damage and keep the packaging.
